Jessica Graber

Jessica D. Graber is an associate in the Restructuring Department.  Jessica represents debtors, lenders, official committees of unsecured creditors, and other sophisticated investors in distressed situations. She focuses her practice on all aspects of corporate restructuring, bankruptcy litigation, insolvency proceedings, distressed acquisitions, cross-border matters, and out-of-court restructurings.  She has represented parties in restructurings in industries such as retail, pharmaceuticals, real estate, and aviation.  Jessica also serves on the firm’s Recruiting Committee.
