Willkie is advising Sopra Steria (Euronext Paris: SOP) on its proposed acquisition of the Manufacturing Engineering business of Daher Industrial Services.
Sopra Steria recently announced that it entered into exclusive negotiations to acquire the Manufacturing Engineering business from Daher Industrial Services, a subsidiary of the Daher group, a French industrial conglomerate. The acquisition would bolster Sopra Steria’s expertise in aerospace engineering and expand its capacity to serve major groups such as Airbus across a wide range of critical industrial needs.
Sopra Steria, a major Tech player in Europe with 51,000 employees in nearly 30 countries, is a leading provider of consulting, digital services and solutions.
