Willkie advised Meadow Partners on its acquisition of 10 East 53rd Street from SL Green Realty Corp. (NYSE: SLG) for total consideration of $312.2 million.
The 37-story, 390,000 square foot property is located between Fifth Avenue and Madison Avenue in Midtown Manhattan and is currently 92% leased. The transaction is expected to close in the third quarter of 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.
