Willkie advised Delek Logistics Partners, LP, a public company specializing in the provision of midstream energy services, in connection with a $1.3 billion revolving credit facility with Truist Bank, the proceeds of which were used to refinance its existing credit facility with Fifth Third Bank, National Association, as well as for other general corporate purposes.
