Willkie Farr & Gallagher represented Meta in its multi-year agreement with AMD (NASDAQ: AMD) to power Meta’s next generation of AI infrastructure across multiple generations of AMD Instinct GPUs.
The Willkie team was led by partners Matt Berger, Brian Hamilton and Tiffany Lee and included partners Adam True, Heather Weigel and Guy Inbar, counsel Jason Bang, and associates Alexander Kang, Patrick Austin, Burke Peterson, Winnie Wang and Gianluca Darena.
