Heather Weigel is a partner in Willkie’s Corporate & Financial Services Department and Mergers & Acquisitions Practice Group. She is based in the Firm’s New York office.

Heather advises U.S. and international clients on a wide range of public and private company M&A transactions, including investments, carve-outs, spinoffs, joint ventures and other general corporate and restructuring matters. She has particular experience in U.S. public company M&A involving major domestic and cross-border transactions. 

In addition, Heather regularly represents private equity firms and their portfolio companies on the full spectrum of private equity transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions of investments, leveraged buyouts and minority investments.
