Willkie represented Berger Consulting Group, a consulting firm serving the legal industry, in connection with an investment by Trinity Hunt Partners.
Trinity Hunt Partners recently announced that it invested in Berger Consulting Group to anchor a new economic consulting and dispute advisory platform. Founded in 2013, Berger Consulting Group provides expert economic analysis and damages quantification for law firms engaged in labor and employment disputes.
The Willkie team was led by partners Steven Hurdle and Daniel Lopez and included partner Bryan Kelly and associates Kevin Simms and Brooke Diulio.
