Willkie represented BMO Sponsor Finance, as administrative agent, in connection with certain credit facilities provided to Excel Engineering, Inc. to support the company’s acquisition by Fusion Capital Partners.
Fusion Capital Partners, a private investment firm specializing in engineered products and services within the industrial sector, recently announced it acquired Excel Engineering, a provider of testing services for engine, powertrain, battery systems and fuel types across mobility and industrial applications.
The Willkie team was led by partners Jake Schtevie, Brad Laken and Tim Landwehr.
