Willkie is advising GEODIS, a leading global logistics provider, on its acquisition of Malherbe, a French leader in full truckload road transport.
On December 19, GEODIS announced that it agreed to acquire Malherbe, strengthening its national road transport network and enhancing its presence in French road freight transport market.
GEODIS is owned by SNCF Group and specializes in four lines of business: global freight forwarding, global contract logistics, distribution & express transport, and European road network.
The Willkie team is led by partner Fabrice Veverka with counsel Charles Fillon and associate Faustine Mazza. Partner Faustine Viala and associate Sophie Mitouard are advising on antitrust matters.
