Willkie advised Comply365, LLC, a leading global provider of operational content, safety and training management solutions for the aviation, rail, defense and space industries, on its acquisition of MINT Holding GmbH, a global leader in innovative training management for the aviation industry. 

On December 17, Comply365, a portfolio company of Insight Partners and Liberty Hall Capital Partners, announced its acquisition of MINT. The acquisition accelerates Comply365’s mission to create the industry’s first connected, AI-powered platform across operational content, compliance, safety and training management.

Willkie previously advised Insight Partners on its investment in Comply365 in connection with the merger of Comply365 and Vistair Limited in 2024, and subsequently advised Comply365 on its acquisitions of: Qualtero Limited, a provider of civil and military aviation training solutions; Rolls-Royce's safety and compliance management systems business; ASQS, a global provider of safety and compliance management systems; and Beams, a global provider of artificial intelligence for safety risk management within aviation organizations.
