Willkie represented BMO Sponsor Finance in connection with financing for the acquisition of Economy Propane, LLC by Reliable Energy Partners, a portfolio company of Soundcore Capital Partners.
Soundcore Capital Partners recently announced that Reliable Energy Partners, a growth platform targeting residential and commercial customers in the propane distribution sector, acquired Economy Propane, a leading bulk-propane distributor in the Mid-Atlantic region.
