Willkie represented Adiuva Capital in connection with the sale of KONZMANN Group, a leading German technical building services platform, to funds advised by KLAR Partners Ltd.
Adiuva Capital recently announced that it entered into the agreement to sell KONZMANN Group to funds advised by KLAR Partners Ltd. Adiuva Capital acquired an initial stake in KONZMANN Group in 2016 and supported its growth into one of the largest providers of technical building equipment in Germany.
The Willkie team was led by partner Dr. Maximilian Schwab and associate Dr. Tobias Gerigk and included partner Dr. Patrick Meiisel, counsel Wulf Kring, and associates Moritz Hechenrieder and Jonas Volk.
