Willkie represented the management of Lido Advisors, a leading wealth advisory firm and portfolio company of Charlesbank Capital Partners, in connection with a strategic investment in the firm from HPS Investment Partners.
On August 7, Lido Advisors announced the close of the strategic investment from HPS, which joins existing investors Charlesbank Capital Partners and Constellation Wealth Capital to support Lido’s continued growth.
Lido Advisors is a nationally recognized wealth advisory firm headquartered in Los Angeles, with $33.5 billion in regulatory assets under management as of June 30, 2025, and 40 offices across the United States.
