On August 25, Crescentia Capital, the equity buyout business of Calvert Street Investment Partners, announced that it completed a strategic growth investment in C&D Industrial Maintenance, a premier provider of commercial door and loading dock services across the Southeast. Willkie advised Crescentia Capital in connection with the structuring and formation of the platform used to invest in C&D, as well as the equity raise for the C&D investment.
Crescentia Capital focuses primarily on control investments in companies providing critical or essential services to the industrial and infrastructure end markets.
