New York, NY, May 28, 2025 -- Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP today announced the addition of Beau Stapleton, who has joined as a partner in the Firm’s Los Angeles office. A leading music and entertainment industry transactional attorney, Beau joins Willkie’s Corporate & Financial Services Department and Entertainment Transactions Practice.

Beau advises a wide range of stakeholders in the entertainment industry on complex and multidisciplinary deals. His experience spans the entertainment field – including music, film, television and digital media – and his clients include some of the nation’s most well-known artists, studios, investment firms, media companies, directors, producers, publishers and composers. He has received numerous industry awards for his work as an advisor and dealmaker in the entertainment industry by leading entertainment and legal publications.
Beau was previously a partner at Manatt. Prior to his legal career, Beau spent ten years in the music industry as an entrepreneur, artist and composer, and toured globally as a musician.
