The London office represented Levine Leichtman Capital Partners in its acquisition of BigHand Ltd., a leading provider of workflow software solutions.

Willkie’s London office recently advised Levine Leichtman Capital Partners (LLCP) on its acquisition of BigHand (in partnership with management) from Bridgepoint Development Capital and minority co-investor LDC. Headquartered in the UK, with offices in the US, Canada, Netherlands and Australia, BigHand is a leading provider of workflow software solutions.
