Willkie represents CenturyLink in latest Rule 144A offering of Level 3 Financing, Inc.’s senior notes.
On September 25, Willkie client CenturyLink, Inc.’s wholly owned subsidiary, Level 3 Financing, Inc., completed its Rule 144A offering of $1 billion aggregate principal amount of its 4.625% Senior Notes due 2027 to qualified institutional buyers.
