The Paris office represented PAI on the acquisition of StellaGroup, a market leader for the production of doors, gates, shutters and enclosures for industrial and residential buildings in France.

On November 26, longtime client PAI Partners announced that it had reached an exclusivity agreement to acquire StellaGroup, the market leader in France for the production of doors, gates, shutters and enclosures for industrial and residential buildings, from Intermediate Capital Group (ICG). The acquisition of Stella will mark the second investment made by PAI Europe VII Fund. The contemplated transaction remains subject to the approval of relevant regulatory authorities.

Stella manufactures closure solutions for residential, retail and industry structures. With over 10,000 customers, it is expected to achieve a turnover of €230 million in 2018.

UK partner Sebastian Fitzgerald and associate Jennifer Passagne were also involved on the financing aspects of the transaction.
