Willkie advised FacilitySource Holdings, LLC, a portfolio company of private equity firm Warburg Pincus LLC, on the transaction.

On June 12, Willkie client FacilitySource Holdings, LLC, a high-growth leader in technology-based procurement and facilities management solutions, agreed to be acquired by CBRE Group, Inc. (NYSE:CBRE). CBRE is the world’s largest commercial real estate services and investment firm. CBRE offers a broad range of integrated services, including facilities, transaction and project management; property management; investment management; appraisal and valuation; property leasing; strategic consulting; property sales; mortgage services and development services.

The transaction was consummated concurrently with signing and valued FacilitySource at approximately $300 million. Willkie also represented Warburg Pincus in the acquisition of FacilitySource in 2012, the subsequent acquisition of Ascential Services Corporation, and several financing transactions.
