Jeff Clancy is a partner in the Corporate & Financial Services Department and Insurance Transactional and Regulatory Practice Group. Jeff focuses on all aspects of professional liability insurance, transactional insurance, risk management and complex indemnification schemes. He regularly advises corporations, boards, individual directors and officers, independent directors, private equity firms and hedge funds on insurance-related issues ranging from customizing and placing insurance programs, corporate transactions, restructuring and bankruptcy matters, and management and professional services claims.
Prior to joining Willkie, Jeff was an associate at a major international law firm, where he regularly represented insurance companies on all aspects of professional liability insurance.
