Willkie represents IK Investment Partners in connection with its acquisition of Domia Group, owner of Acadomia and Shiva.

On May 18, Willkie client IK Investment Partners announced that it has acquired, through its IK Small Cap I Fund, Domia Group, the owner of Acadomia (the number one French player in the private tutoring market) and French home cleaning provider Shiva, from Metric Capital Partners. The acquisition was made alongside founders Maxime Aiach, Philippe Coléon and José Dinis.

Founded in 1989, Acadomia is the leading provider in the tutoring market (at-home, centres and online). Acadomia operates a network of 100 agencies and 20,000 tutors dedicated to helping over 90,000 students per year meet their academic goals and enhance their educational life.

Shiva is a leading and fast growing provider of home cleaning services. Through its network of 165 franchised agencies and 8,000 highly trained cleaning personnel, Shiva serves its client-base of 45,000.
