Willkie represents Eads Distribution, LLC, a portfolio company of client CapStreet Group, in the sale of Eads Distribution to FCX Performance, a portfolio company of Harvest Partners.
On November 13, Willkie client The CapStreet Group, a Houston-based private equity firm, completed the sale of Eads Distribution, LLC to FCX Performance, Inc., a portfolio company of Harvest Partners, LP.
Eads Distribution, LLC is a leading manufacturer and provider of engineered products and solutions in filtration & separation, valves and automation, instrumentation and control, and corrosion-resistant products to the chemical, petrochemical, refining, power, packaging and general industrial markets.The CapStreet Group invests in owner-managed, lower middle-market companies headquartered in Texas (with emphasis on companies in the greater Houston area) and surrounding states.
The Willkie deal team was led by corporate partners Bruce Herzog and Rosalind Fahey Kruse and included partners Hillel Jacobson (tax), Mark Holdsworth (benefits) and Eugene Chang (intellectual property) and counsel Andrew Spital.
