Willkie advises Aquiline in investment in leading provider of client lifecycle management software solutions.
On August 21, Willkie client Aquiline Capital Partners LLC announced it has made an investment in Fenergo, the leading provider of client lifecycle management software solutions for investment banks, capital market firms and private banks.
Through the investment, Fenergo will be able to support its rapid international growth and platform expansion, in addition to growing its customer base by leveraging Aquiline’s industry expertise and network. Aquiline is co-investing with Insight Venture Partners.
Fenergo is a leading provider of enterprise Client Lifecycle Management platform solutions designed to help financial institutions to manage the end-to-end regulatory onboarding process – from onboarding, to management of client and counterparty data and regulatory compliance with existing and emerging regulations.
Aquiline Capital Partners is a private equity firm based in New York investing in middle-market businesses across the financial services sector in banking and credit, insurance, investment management and markets, and financial technology.
The deal was handled by partners Jeffrey Poss and Christopher Peters and associate Ted Powers.
