Warburg Pincus agrees to buy Camp Systems International LLC from Boston Ventures Management Inc. in a secondary buyout. 

On January 10, it was announced that Willkie client Warburg Pincus has agreed to buy Camp Systems International LLC from Boston Ventures Management Inc. in a secondary buyout.  Camp Systems, based in Ronkonkoma, N.Y., provides software to track maintenance requirements for corporate aircraft.  It services owners and operators of roughly 3,800 aircraft worldwide, spanning approximately 130 makes and models.  The deal is expected to close in early February 2005.  The January 11 edition of The Daily Deal notes that partner Jeffrey Poss represented Warburg in this transaction.  The rest of the Willkie team included partners William Hiller and Andrew Needham; special counsel Jonathan Konoff and Kim Walker; and associates Cira Caroscio, Bret Cohen, Mark DiPaolo, Vladimir Kobzar, Geoffrey Peck, Jordan Messinger, Henry Park, David Rubinsky, and Kelly Sutherland.
