Willkie partners Henrietta de Salis, Claire McDaid and Rita Mitchell have been shortlisted for "Lawyer of the Year" honors at the Women in Business Law EMEA Awards 2026.
They were shortlisted in recognition of their accomplishments and leadership in the law and for championing women in the profession. The Legal Benchmarking Group shortlisted the lawyers among the top practitioners of the year in the following practice areas:
- Henrietta de Salis, partner in the Asset Management and Corporate & Financial Services Departments, was shortlisted for "Financial Regulation Lawyer of the Year."
- Claire McDaid, partner in the Corporate & Financial Services Department and the Private Equity Practice Group, was shortlisted for "Private Equity (incl. Venture Capital) Lawyer of the Year."
- Rita Mitchell, partner in the Investigations & Enforcement and White Collar Defense Practices, was shortlisted for "White Collar Crime Lawyer of the Year."
The winners will be announced at an awards event on June 25 in London.
