Willkie partner Jennifer Coffey has been named to the “2026 Women of Influence,” GlobeSt.’s annual award series recognizing the top female commercial real estate professionals nationwide.
GlobeSt. recognized Jenn for her leadership and achievements in major real estate transactions. She represents a broad range of clients in acquisitions, dispositions, financings, joint ventures and leasing transactions involving all real estate asset classes. Jenn’s recent highlights include advising Mutual of America on the sale of its stake in 320 Park Avenue to Munich Re and Paramount Group on its successful $900 million refinancing of 1301 Avenue of the Americas. She also has a key role on the Willkie team that is advising Saks Global, a leading luxury retail and real estate company with a portfolio that includes Bergdorf Goodman and Saks Fifth Avenue, on its restructuring.
Jenn will be profiled by GlobeSt. and recognized among the CRE Legal Counsel honorees at the Women of Influence Awards in Denver in July.
