Willkie partner Anna Martini G. Pereira, Chair of the Latin America Practice Group, has again been recognized by Lawdragon in the 2026 guide to the “100 Lawyers You Need to Know in South America.”
Anna was recognized as one of the top dealmakers in the Latin America market, an honor she also received last year in the inaugural edition of the list. Her recent highlights include advising CMA CGM Group on its more than $1 billion acquisition of a 48% stake in Santos Brasil Participações S/A, the leading terminal operator in Brazil. She also represented software provider Visma on its acquisition of Brazil-based Conta Azul, an ERP financial management system, and Telefonica Brasil’s cloud computing unit in its acquisition of digital services provider IPNET, among many other transactions.
