Willkie partner Andrew Kramer, Chair of the Motion Picture, Television and Entertainment Finance practice group, has been recognized as a “2026 Banking & Finance Visionary” by LA Times Studios.
LA Times Studios recognized Andrew as one of the entertainment industry’s go-to dealmakers. With over 30 years of experience, Andrew advises leading production and distribution companies, financiers, and private and institutional lenders on an array of transactions, including complex financing and distribution transactions, library and catalog acquisitions, and licensing deals.
The profile highlighted Andrew’s recent representation of Banc of California in a $60 million multinational credit facility backed by motion picture intellectual property assets, and of Media Capital Technologies in its partnership with filmmaker Eli Roth to launch The Horror Section, a media company and production studio. In addition, Andrew recently advised InterPositive, an AI-powered filmmaking technology company, and its founder and CEO Ben Affleck on the sale of the company to Netflix.
