Alex Weingarten, managing partner of Willkie’s Los Angeles office and Chair of the firm’s Entertainment Litigation Practice, has been shortlisted for “Entertainment Litigator of the Year” at the Benchmark Litigation US Awards 2026.
Alex is a leading commercial trial attorney who represents clients in all facets of entertainment, probate and business litigation. He is widely recognized as one of the entertainment industry’s top litigators – this is the third year in a row he has been shortlisted for the Benchmark award – and as a business trailblazer. Alex launched Willkie’s Los Angeles office in 2021 and has grown it into a market leader with approximately 100 attorneys.
The Benchmark Litigation US Awards 2026 honor the country’s foremost litigators and firms for their exemplary work over the past year. The honorees will be recognized at an event in New York City on March 11.
