Global Competition Review, the leading competition law and policy publisher and news service, once again ranked Willkie’s Paris Antitrust & Competition team as “Elite” in France, its highest honor, for the sixth consecutive year. Willkie was one of only three firms in France to be given the “Elite” classification.

GCR highlights some of the group’s recent successes such as acting for CMA CGM in DG Comp’s shipping liner price-signaling saga, shareholders of TDF in a French abuse of dominance investigation, Orange in a response to a complaint by Bouygues Telecom and rail operator Kuehne + Nagel in the Paris Court of Appeal.

The firm’s “Elite” (France) ranking is included in the latest edition of GCR 100, a guide to the world's leading competition law and economics practices.
