The first volume of the global guide published by Global Investigations Review (GIR) provides in-depth coverage of the laws, practices and procedures applicable to investigations in the United Kingdom and the United States.

Partners Rita Mitchell and Simon Osborn-King and associate Yannis Yuen authored the chapter, “Sanctions: The UK Perspective,” which provides an overview of the UK sanctions regime and addresses the key jurisdictions, best practices in investigations, and significant market trends.

Partners David Mortlock and Britt Mosman and associates Nikki Cronin and Ahmad El-Gamal authored “Sanctions: The US Perspective,” which provides insight to the U.S. sanctions regime, the framework for enforcement and compliance, best practices, and recent trends, among other issues in the field.
