The article discusses the June 22, 2022 SEC announcement of a settlement with The Brink’s Company, a publicly-traded company that provides cash transit and money processing services, for violations of Rule 21F-17, which implements whistleblower protections included in the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act of 2010.

The full article is available here.

In August 2022, Martin, Robert and Jeffrey will publish a newly updated FCPA treatise, The Foreign Corrupt Practices Act: Compliance, Investigations and Enforcement. The treatise was previously published from 2012‐2018.
