Nathan is counsel in Willkie’s Finance Group. He is based in the Firm's Houston office.
Nathan represents private equity sponsors, public and private corporate borrowers and financial institutions across a range of industries in private domestic and offshore debt financing transactions including leveraged acquisition financings and cash flow and asset-based financings.
