Michael Tinti is an associate in the Employment Litigation & Counseling group at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP. He represents clients in employment litigations, mediations, and enforcement actions on claims of discrimination, retaliation, sexual harassment, whistleblower protections, wage-and-hour laws, non-compete violations, and other related claims. Michael also regularly advises clients on issues such as hiring and firing, litigation avoidance, and internal investigations, as well as employment law issues arising from mergers and acquisitions.

Michael maintains an active pro bono practice, with a particular focus on immigration justice.
