Henry Thomas is an associate in Willkie’s Intellectual Property Department. Henry focuses his practice on complex litigation involving intellectual property and has tried cases before a jury in patent, antitrust, trade secret and unfair competition disputes. Henry has also represented clients in inter partes review proceedings before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (“PTAB”), and in appeals to the Federal Circuit. Henry has litigated on both the defense-side and plaintiff-side of business-critical competitor-to-competitor suits, and he has represented clients across a range of technologies, including life sciences, industrial machinery, and computer technology.
