Ken is an associate in the Employment Litigation & Counseling group at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP.  Ken has extensive experience defending employers in single and multi-plaintiff actions on claims of discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, whistleblower protections, wage-and-hour laws, leave laws, wrongful discharge, and related tort claims in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies. He also regularly advises clients on HR issues, including hiring and firing, leaves of absence and reasonable accommodations, litigation avoidance, internal investigations, and restrictive covenants. Ken’s practice also includes counseling clients on employment law issues arising from mergers and acquisitions.
