Lior Ohayon is a partner in the Asset Management Group. Over the past two decades, Lior has advised domestic and foreign banks, financial services companies and investment management firms on fund formation and restructurings, investments, liquidity events, employee compensation and regulatory matters across asset classes and investment structures in the U.S. and abroad, with a particular focus on the representation of bank-affiliated sponsors and distributors of private equity, credit, infrastructure and real assets funds. Lior has received many accolades over the years for his work in fund formation, including by Chambers Global, Chambers USA, The Legal 500 U.S., Who's Who Legal and Super Lawyers. He was also named to Private Funds Management’s list of the top 30 private funds lawyers under 40 in 2015.
