Samuel Hoops is an associate in the Tax Department and Entertainment Transactions Practice of Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP in Los Angeles.  Samuel counsels companies and individuals on business transactions for public and private companies, including mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions, joint ventures, licensing matters, and executive compensation.  Having obtained an LLM in Taxation from New York University and clerked for the Chief Judge of the United States Tax Court, Samuel primarily focuses on the transactional tax aspects of business transactions.
