Ingrid Ghanem is an associate in Willkie’s Intellectual Property Department in the New York office. She represents clients on intellectual property, brand strategy and technology aspects of cross-border and complex transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and financing transactions. She advises clients across a broad range of industries, including financial services, entertainment, software, consumer products, manufacturing, and fashion, in all intellectual property aspects, including software and technology-related commercial agreements, licensing and enforcement of intellectual property rights, and the use and impact of artificial intelligence. 

She is also committed to pro bono services, having represented clients in asylum cases, advised founders on general corporate governance, and assisted NGOs with protecting and enforcing their intellectual property rights.
