Brandt Dietry is an associate in Willkie’s Corporate and Financial Services Department. He has represented clients in a wide variety of complex business transactions across numerous industries, including public and private mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, distressed asset dispositions, venture capital transactions and joint ventures.
