Daniel Chesler

Daniel Chesler is an associate in the Finance Department. He represents private equity sponsors, corporate borrowers, asset managers, lenders and other financial institutions in a broad range of U.S. and cross-border financing transactions, including secured financing and loan transactions, acquisition financing, recapitalizations, debt restructurings and debt offerings.
