Allison Berkowitch is an associate in the Litigation Department. Her practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, including securities class actions and derivative litigation, contract disputes, and high-stakes insurance coverage actions. Allison has experience representing corporate and individual clients in federal jury trials and arbitrations.
Allison maintains an active pro bono practice, primarily representing women from underserved populations in divorce proceedings and other family law disputes.
Allison was recognized by Super Lawyers as a “Rising Star” for general litigation in its New York Metro Super Lawyers List for 2025.
Experience
Allison currently serves on the Pro Bono Advocates Council for Volunteers of Legal Services. In law school, Allison served as the Managing Editor of the Georgetown Law Journal.
