Kami Adeleye is an associate in Willkie’s Corporate & Financial Services Department. He has experience representing clients in capital markets, mergers & acquisitions, and general corporate matters.
Kami received his J.D. from Washington University in St. Louis, School of Law, where he served as a staff editor of the Global Studies Law Review and on the executive board of the Black Law Student Association. Kami received a B.S. in Psychology and minors in Sociology and Economics from the University of Pittsburgh, where he graduated summa cum laude.
