Willkie is advising Proficient Auto Logistics, Inc. (NASDAQ: PAL), a leading provider of auto transportation and logistics services, on its acquisition of Hansen & Adkins, a provider of transport solutions to automotive OEM customers, for $130 million.
On August 10, Proficient announced a definitive agreement to acquire Hansen & Adkins for an upfront purchase price of $130 million, creating North America’s largest finished vehicle logistics platform with a network spanning the United States and Canada.
The Willkie team is led by partners Eddie Best and Esther Chang and includes associates Dillon Lehr, Matthew Richards, and Kami Adeleye.
