Willkie represented Insight Partners as a selling shareholder in the initial public offering of Mynt, Inc., the parent company of the Philippines’ popular GCash payment services app.
On October 20, Mynt completed its IPO, raising about ₱53 billion (approximately $845 million), which could rise to ₱60.9 billion (approximately $970 million) if the overallotment option is exercised, making it the largest IPO in Philippine history. Mynt is listed on the Philippine Stock Exchange under the ticker “GCASH”.
Insight Partners invested in Mynt in 2021 as part of a $300 million funding round.
