Willkie advised TRAFiX LLC, a leading provider of equities and equity options order and execution management systems (OEMS) and FIX connectivity solutions, on its acquisition by Trading Technologies International, Inc., a global capital markets technology provider.
Trading Technologies recently announced that it acquired TRAFiX, expanding its platform to equities. The acquisition makes Trading Technologies, owned by Thoma Bravo and 7RIDGE, one of the most comprehensive multi-asset trading platforms in capital markets technology.
