Willkie represented Silver Hill Energy Partners in its sale of a portfolio of upstream and midstream natural gas assets located in Texas and Louisiana to Centalion Group.
 
The sale consists of approximately 72,000 net acres strategically located in the core of the Haynesville and Bossier development areas and approximately 300 gross operated development locations. The assets have a current net production of approximately 300 MMcfd of natural gas.
 
Silver Hill Energy Partners is a Dallas-based private energy company founded by Kyle D. Miller in 2011. Since inception, the firm has raised approximately $4.2 billion of institutional equity capital across five partnerships focused on the direct acquisition and development of operated oil, natural gas, and related infrastructure assets in premier basins across the onshore U.S. Following the sale of Silver Hill's Haynesville assets to Centalion, Silver Hill's operated portfolio consists of significant assets in the Bakken and Eagle Ford comprising roughly 115,000 operated net acres, 1,000 gross drilling locations, 22,000 Boed of production, and two meaningful midstream businesses.
