On September 30, Aspirity Partners announced that it signed a definitive agreement to acquire a majority stake in Onomondo.
Headquartered in Copenhagen, Onomondo is a pioneer in the global IoT infrastructure space. The company owns and operates a software-defined core network with direct integrations to nearly 700 networks across 180+ countries.
Aspirity Partners is a pan-European private equity firm focused on growth buyouts and strategic minority investments in Financial Technology & Services and Enterprise Technology & Connectivity Services.
