Willkie advised Proficient Auto Logistics, Inc. (NASDAQ: PAL), a leading provider of auto transportation and logistics services, on its private offering of $75 million aggregate principal amount of 5.500% convertible senior notes due 2033. Willkie also advised Proficient Auto Logistics, Inc. on the entry into capped call options in connection with the convertible senior notes.
