Willkie represented EnTrust Global in connection with the launch of its $1.3 billion maritime finance fund, Blue Ocean Income Fund IV.
On September 9, Blue Ocean, a maritime finance investment platform managed by EnTrust Global, announced the close of Blue Ocean Income Fund IV. The closing brings total capital raised across the Blue Ocean strategy to $5.0 billion since 2023, and $7.6 billion since the strategy's inception in 2017.
EnTrust Global is an alternative investment firm with approximately $17.8 billion in managed assets.
